At Aventon, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all manuals, tools, and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
